Problem Definition

Canada's one of the biggest data company Environics Analytics was using 20 years old software to extract data to their customers called "Envision". There was a training team in the company only for teaching people how to use the software as it was too complicated and impossible to figure out without a training. As a team in innovation department, we constructed and built a new software called "Envision 2.0" that people no longer need any training sessions to use this new software. Ux team built a style guide and designed the pages from scratch without any AI help starting 2021. Of course we started adding AI functions the last year as a feature in the software later on, in 2025.

This project is not fully completed as the team is continuing working on it to finish this year with one Ux designer.

Method

We used wide range of methods as this project was a highly wide and long term project. Project management and Ux team conducted various research methods including research, user testing, information architecture and so on.
